Potassium plays a crucial role in the regulation of blood and body fluids. It’s also important to hearing health because fluids in our ears translate the sounds we hear into electrical impulses. The age-related drop of potassium in the body is known to cause presbycusis. Take supplements and foods rich in potassium to counter this condition.
